The Setup
If you operate in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing, you have probably evaluated the established platforms: LeadsPedia, TUNE, Phonexa, Everflow. These are the incumbents. They have been in market for years. They have sales teams, support organizations, and established customer bases.
They also have established pricing. LeadsPedia starts at $1,500 per month. TUNE starts at $499 per month. Phonexa starts at $250 per month plus a $500 setup fee. Everflow does not publish pricing at all — you need to get on a sales call.
According to Grand View Research's 2024 Affiliate Marketing Platform report, the global affiliate marketing platform market is valued at $19.2 billion and growing at 15.4% CAGR. The dominant pricing model: subscription plus usage fees, with entry-level pricing that keeps small operators out and enterprise pricing that rewards vendor lock-in.
The question is whether these platforms deliver value proportional to their cost — or whether a custom-built alternative can deliver more for less.
What the Data Shows
PRJ-01 was built as a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that includes lead lifecycle management, affiliate tracking, and e-commerce transactions as part of its broader capability set. It was not built to compete with these vendors on paper. It was built to replace the operator's SaaS dependency. But the feature comparison is instructive.

| LeadsPedia | $1,500/mo (25K leads) | $2,500/mo (100K leads) | Custom (annual) | $2,000-$10,000 |

PRJ-01 is 19 times cheaper than LeadsPedia at entry. PRJ-01's top tier (Partner Enterprise at $999/mo) costs less than LeadsPedia's entry tier ($1,500/mo).

PRJ-01 has 8 capabilities that no competitor offers at any price: identity resolution, lead enrichment, audience segmentation (26 personas), e-commerce transactions, visual funnel builder, subscription billing, platform credit economy, and lead-level revenue attribution.
PRJ-01 has 1 gap the competitors cover: call tracking. LeadsPedia and Phonexa both include call tracking. PRJ-01 does not. This is a documented known gap.
The Category Difference
The comparison is not apples to apples. The competitors are point solutions:
- LeadsPedia = lead distribution + affiliate tracking
- TUNE = affiliate/partner marketing
- Phonexa = call tracking + lead distribution + email
- Everflow = partner marketing platform
PRJ-01 is a Customer Data Platform that includes affiliate tracking and lead distribution as two of its many capabilities. It solves 10 or more problems. The competitors solve 1 to 3.
According to Gartner's 2024 CDP Market Guide, the average Customer Data Platform costs $100,000 to $300,000 per year at enterprise scale. CDPs from Segment, Amperity, and mParticle are priced for organizations with large data teams. PRJ-01 delivers CDP functionality starting at $79 per month.
Production Validation
PRJ-01 is not a prototype or a demo:
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Lines of code | 194,954 |
| Database tables | 135 |
| External integrations | 20 (12 inbound, 8 outbound) |
| Leads processed (production) | 616,543 |
| Transactions processed | 75,125 |
| Contact points resolved | 958,937 |
| Active development days | 74 |
| Build cost | $16,800 |

For context, PRJ-01 is larger by line count than both SQLite (155,800 lines) and WordPress (160,636 lines).
How It Works
PRJ-01 achieves lower pricing with broader functionality because of structural cost advantages. It was built by one operator with AI-assisted development tools for $16,800, not by a 50-person engineering team burning $500,000 per month in payroll. There is no sales team to support. No enterprise support organization to staff. No venture capital investors demanding margin expansion.
The revenue model is also structurally different. The competitors rely primarily on subscription revenue. PRJ-01 generates revenue from 5 streams: SaaS subscriptions, platform credits, overage charges, lead purchases, and marketplace commissions. The entry price is designed to be low enough to remove every barrier to switching — no sales calls, no setup fees, no minimum commitments, 7-day free trial. The expansion revenue comes later through credits, overage, and tier upgrades as customers grow.

What This Means for Business Operators
If you are currently paying $500 or more per month for a lead distribution tool, affiliate tracker, or partner marketing platform, the market now has an alternative that costs 5 to 19 times less at entry while offering more capabilities.
The honest assessment: PRJ-01 does not have call tracking, does not have an established customer base, and does not yet have a public marketing site or customer documentation (those are in development). What it does have is a production-tested platform with 616,543 leads and 75,125 transactions processed, 8 unique capabilities no competitor offers, and pricing that starts at $79 per month with $0 setup.
The competitors sell tools. PRJ-01 is the stack.
