The Story

Before PRJ-01 existed, the operation ran on six separate SaaS vendors: Konnektive for CRM, TrackDesk for affiliate tracking, Socioboard for social media, SendGrid/Twilio for messaging, Klaviyo for email automation, and Sonetel for communications. Combined monthly cost: $1,565. Combined capability: fragmented. No unified lead profile. No identity resolution. No single view of revenue attribution.

Before that, a legacy version — 22 database tables, 16,259 leads over 120 days — proved the concept but hit the ceiling.

PRJ-01 replaced all of it. One platform. 194,954 lines of code. 135 database tables. 616,543 leads processed in production. Built in 74 active days for $16,800.

This isn't the story of how it was built — that's CS01. This isn't the competitive analysis — that's CS22. This is what PRJ-01 IS: a Customer Data Platform that ingests leads from 12 sources, resolves identities across touchpoints, enriches profiles, routes qualified leads, processes e-commerce transactions across 3 payment providers, and tracks the full revenue lifecycle from first touch to LTV.

What It Replaced

Vendor Function Monthly Cost Status
Konnektive CRM Order management, CRM, affiliate tracking $583 Replaced
TrackDesk Affiliate tracking & payouts $499 Replaced
Socioboard Social media management $143 Replaced
SendGrid/Twilio Email/SMS messaging $180 Replaced
Klaviyo Email marketing automation $60 Replaced
Sonetel Phone/communications $100 Replaced
Total $1,565/mo $0/mo now

The cost displacement is real, but the bigger story is data unification. Six separate vendor databases meant six separate views of the same customer. PRJ-01 collapses all of that into one data model.

Production Scale

Metric Legacy (Jul–Nov 2025) Current (Oct 2025–Jan 2026) Multiple
Leads processed 16,259 616,543 38×
Database tables 22 135
API integrations 4 20 (12 inbound, 8 outbound)
Contact points resolved 958,937
Transactions processed 75,125

Build cost: $16,800. Replacement value: $780K–$1.56M. That's a 46×–93× multiple.

The Honest Assessment

What's built: A production-grade CDP with 5 revenue streams (subscriptions, credits, overage, lead purchases, marketplace commissions), 9 subscription plans across 4 customer types, 20 external integrations, and usage metering with overage billing — all operational.

What's missing: Test suite (architecture debt), public marketing site, customer-facing documentation, customer onboarding UX needs polish, and zero external customers — go-to-market hasn't started.

The product is built. The billing is built. The pricing is built. What's missing is the go-to-market wrapper.

Why This Matters

PRJ-01 exists because the operator needed it. Six SaaS vendors. Fragmented data. No unified customer profile. The legacy system proved the need. The current platform meets it.

The legacy system processed 16,259 leads over 120 days. The current system processes 38× that volume with 6× the schema complexity. Same operator. Same domain. Completely rebuilt from the ground up.

The product is the asset. Everything else is execution.
