The Story

The standard startup narrative is: build one product, scale it, and hope. The PRJ-02 portfolio tells a different story — one of systematic testing across 38 product SKUs over 28 months, with disciplined segmentation between what to scale, what to watch, and what to kill.

Between October 2023 and January 2026, the operator launched 38 distinct products through Konnektive CRM, generating $1,075,946 in gross revenue. Six products reached meaningful scale (>$25K net). Nine showed moderate traction ($1K–$25K). Twenty-three were micro-tests that generated under $1,000 each and were killed fast.

That 6-out-of-38 hit rate isn't a failure — it's the test-and-learn discipline working exactly as designed.

The Segmentation

Six products drove 94.5% of all net revenue ($888K). Nine mid-tier products contributed 5.0% ($47K). Twenty-three micro-tests generated 0.5% ($4.3K) — averaging $56 each before being killed.

The micro-tests aren't waste. They're the testing layer. Each ran on shared infrastructure — same Konnektive CRM, same payment processing, same affiliate tracking, same fulfillment. The marginal cost of testing a new product was near zero.

6 of 38 products drove 94.5% of net revenue. The other 32 cost almost nothing to test.

The Launch Discipline

Products deployed in waves across 28 months. The pattern: launch 2–4 products in a window, measure results within 30–60 days, scale what shows traction, kill the rest. Then repeat.

The data shows three distinct product lifecycle patterns: flash-scale products (PRD-01, PRD-02) that peaked fast on affiliate traffic then declined; steady growers (PRD-06, PRD-05) with consistent monthly revenue; and late-stage breakouts (PRD-03 — launched Aug 2025, $101K net in 5 months).

Key Numbers

Metric Value
Total products tested 38
Products reaching meaningful scale (>$25K) 6
Products with moderate traction ($1K–$25K) 9
Micro-tests (<$1K) 23
Total gross revenue $1,075,946
Total net revenue (after refunds) ~$940,000
Revenue from top 6 products 94.5%
Time span 28 months (Oct 2023–Jan 2026)
Infrastructure shared across all products 100%
Average micro-test revenue $56

Why This Matters

Product-market fit isn't a single discovery — it's a portfolio exercise. The operator who tests 38 products and scales 6 has a fundamentally different risk profile than the operator who builds one product and hopes.

The 23 micro-tests aren't failures. They're the cost of finding the 6 winners that generated 94.5% of net revenue. And because every test ran on shared infrastructure, the marginal cost of each test was near zero.

This is a launch engine, not a launch event. The infrastructure persists. The testing cycle repeats. The winners compound.
